Ferrero Rocher pancakes

Pancakes. Those delicious fluffy little clouds that you can whip up in minutes and top with pretty much any ingredients rock my world. Which is why I think that dedicating just one day to these awesome cakes is not enough. I’m instigating Pancake Week … now, who’s with me?

For those of you who share my level of enthusiasm for pancakes, you might want a peak at my pancakes board on Pinterest, which houses many a pancake recipe for you to drool over. I’ll be experimenting with a few of those recipes this weekend, but for tonight, I’m heading home to make my Ferrero Rocher pancakes, which I plan to munch on merrily while catching up on The Good Wife.

    oh, how I love pancakes. Life got slightly more complicated recently and I found myself having to come up with a pancake recipe that isn’t just gluten-free, but also grain-free and nut free. Eeek! Now I have. And so I proceeded to have them twice in the past week — the second time with apples and blueberries :-)

    I’m a big pancake fan and I love the idea of pancake week. How about we take it a step further and eat nothing but pancakes through lent? We can resolve to give up all food apart from pancakes.
