April 2016 finds

April’s finds have been tricky. Not because of lack of inspiration, but drilling it down to five things that I want to share with you all has been difficult. Still, in the spirit of my monthly finds post, here are a few things that are worthy of writing about this month.

1. Venice. I’ll be starting my series of Venice posts later this week and my recent visit confirmed that it is the most magical place in the world.

2. Daniel Martin Moore. His beautiful album, Golden Age, has formed quite the repeated playlist for me. It’s mellow and lyrically stunning. It’s available on Spotify and I highly recommend checking it out.

3. Flax seed. A weird find, I know, but I’ve always been a chia seed girl. That’s until I realised flax seed tastes kind of like crushed up biscuits. Now I’m adding it to my yoghurt everyday – it’s so healthy yet tastes like a treat. How can that be?

4. Jo Malone Nasturtium and Clover scent. I bought the perfume on the way back from Venice and it smells so good!

5. Sofa.com. A Sofa.com store has opened in Edinburgh – hurrah! Team that with my love for their website, I’ve gone all out sofa obsessive. I especially love this one.
