Things that made me smile: October 2015

I love writing these posts. They make me think back over the last month to all the great things that have happened, the lovely food I have eaten, the great people I’ve spent time with and the wonderful memories I have made. You’ll know that usually I share five things that have made me smile in each of these posts, but this time I’m only going to share one; my trip to Copenhagen. It was the single biggest thing that made me smile this month, not to mention making me realise how lucky I am to be able to travel to such beautiful and interesting places. Travel really is a gift and one that I’m thankful for everyday.

I’ll be sharing more from my trip to Copenhagen on the blog next week, but in the meantime you can see some pictures from my trip on my Instagram account. Happy Friday everybody, I hope you have a great weekend!

I love this sentiment. I’d never thought about how lucky we are to be able get away regularly, but it’s such a wonderful thing isn’t it. Can’t wait to hear about the trip.

Thanks Elisa! It took me so long to look at them as I thought they were going to make me sad as I want to go back so badly. I got there in the end, though x
