We sure did cram a lot in this weekend. After a beautiful dinner out on Friday night, we had a long-lie on Saturday morning followed by a walk up to Edinburgh Castle and a cocktail at ENZO, a new Italian restaurant and bar.
On Saturday night, I experimented with an oven-baked risotto, accompanied by a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc, which Roberson Wine sent me. The wine was really good. It was smooth, fruity and went really well with my red pepper and haricot bean risotto.
Sunday morning started with a long run, before undoing all of my good work with a latte and pain au chocolat at Cafe Tartine. So, yet another food orientated weekend from me. What did you get up to?0 likes
