Go out for breakfast. It’s a real treat, and now that Autumn is setting in and the weather is getting colder, fruit and yoghurt just won’t cut it. Or if you’re trying to save some pennies, have breakfast in bed. I swear it’s good for you.
Fancy a bit of exploring? It’s Doors Open Day in Edinburgh next weekend (28-29 September) and with countless things to see, you’ll be spoiled for choice on where to visit.
Plan a project. I say that because not only am I planning a wedding, I’m now planning for a new kitchen. The aptly named ‘Project Kitchen’ starts on 14 October. Watch this space for (hopefully) lots of pretty pictures of the finished product.
Get ready for the arrival of the red cups. Yes, I know I shouldn’t be talking about the ‘most wonderful time of the year’ in September, but so great is my desire for a Starbucks eggnog latte, I’ve already started my countdown.
Ignore the cold and get yourself down to Mary’s Milk Bar for some gelato. It really is some of the best I have ever tasted, and when it comes to gelato I have tasted a lot!0 likes
