Kitchen wish list

On a spectacularly rainy day in Edinburgh, there’s nothing I like to do more than get in the kitchen and bake. As much as I love the processes involved, I can’t help but think how much easier my life would be with a KitchenAid stand mixer.

The time saving elements are one thing, but I also find the aesthetic qualities of this device entirely pleasing. And so goes my imaginary kitchen, featuring an Ascaso coffee machine, a Smeg fridge and a KitchenAid. Since I’m currently saving for a wedding, and these items are hardly cheap, I can say with confidence that these won’t be standing in my kitchen for some time!

A kitchenaid really is the dream isn’t it? I don’t even cook very much but it would look so attractive in my kitchen…

I say blow the savings, buy the mixer. Having been on the receiving end of the baked goods that came from this mixer, I endorse it with all I have :)
