I hope everyone had a lovely weekend! I’ve had one of those that feels like I’ve blinked and it was over. I seemed to cram a lot in, but I definitely feel that the busier the weekend is the quicker we’re back at Monday again.
I had one of those rare weekends when I went out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was some serious over-indulgence going on, but it was all in the name of celebrating. On Friday evening, my friends and I had dinner at Montpelliers, before heading to another’s friend’s flat warming party, where she introduced us all to Stella and Dot. I had never heard of their jewellery before, so I was really excited to see it. I left her party with a long list of items I’m lusting after, including this gilded arrow bracelet. Isn’t it cute?
On Saturday, Rob and I celebrated 10 years of being together with lunch at The Kitchin. All I can say about our lunch is wow. It was a wedding gift from our friends – they know us well – and we both left thinking that it more than deserved its Michelin star.
And now onto breakfast. We went to the cutest little patisserie in Stockbridge this morning for croissants and cafe au laits. As you can see, I’m having real difficulty kicking this morning croissant habit … oops!
