A new discovery

I recently got my wisdom tooth taken out. Bizarrely, I was actually glad to be rid of it – it had caused me nothing but problems for the past two years. I knew I would have to do a monumental diet shift – crunchy was out and soft was in. I was well prepared: soup was made by the litre, the fridge was stocked with yoghurt and I went a little overboard buying cheerful straws to jazz up my drinks. But there was one thing in particular that kept me going when I grew tired of puréed foods – Total 0% Fat Greek Yoghurt, sweetened with Bonne Maman Blackcurrant Conserve. It is a truly delicious treat and one that I will be eating long after I can eat solids again.
